I conform the M3 Millennium Beard to M3 without problems. But then I dial M3 down to 70% of his original size (this is necessary for my project) and the beard shifts position on his face, even though it is conformed to him. Any suggestions? Thanks. LR

Try scaling the beard down to 70% too.

It worked. Thanks! I thought I had already tried this obvious step, but apparently...doh!

If you PARENT the beard after conforming, you can scale it all iun one go. I usually parent the whole character to the Poser ball (made invisible of course) and use that as a scaling handle. Very convenient. Actually, a modified version of the z-toon pythonscript should be useful for this - a one click scale-all? Any Python gurus? I wouldn't even know what to remove from the z-toon script I'm afraid L I know how to USE Python, not how to write it.

Tried parenting beard to M3 head, but when I changed the size of his head, the beard did not change with it.

I think you have to parent both the head AND the beard to something and scale THAT in order for both parts to scale in unison. That's why I usually parent the whole character - including clothes - to the Poser ball (any prop can be used of course)
