Hi ! My renderosity username is basil99. I try to purchase some models last week, but my card was rejected twice. Looks like it was my fault, because I estimate my card funds wrong, thats why I tried to buy more than I actually have. I check my card balance, then try to make purchase again. Unfortunatly, I got a "standart" message for blocked card: We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm CST Monday - Friday for further assistance. If you need assistance outside of regular business hours please send an email including your username to store@renderosity.com. Thank you.
