I know now I've got to be the officially dumbest person on the planet, but I can't figure it out. When I send an email to the email addresses I used to use, I get an automated response telling me to go to http://www.daz3d.com/support/contact_support.php and to direct any correspondence to DAZ through the Support Contact Us section of the DAZ website. When I get there, the only thing that looks like a way to contact them directly is a link that says 'Email Us', and when I click on that it simply directs me to the same page I am already on. And clicking on the 'Support' link merely takes me to the tutorials where there is again an 'Email Us' link that will take me back to the contact_support page. And the same circular logic applies when I select the 'Contact Us' item from the drop down menu under the Support button. What am I missing?

Select Contact Us. You should get a menu that says something like, "Is this one of your problems?" Choose one. You'll be linked to the answer to the question you choose. At the bottom of that, there is a link to click if the answer didn't answer your question. That will take you to a form to contact them.

Looking for the contact form ? Here it is :) Yeah, they didn't put it in the most obvious place. I remember having problems with finding it too. You have to click any of questions' category, then search for "Didn't find your answer? Click here to contact us" and this finally brings up the contact form page. Typing too slow as usual ^^;
