Subject: Buying via Content Paradise

Hello, I bought a Renderosity Product via Content Paradise yesterday and I'm not able to download after almost 20 hours...Is this normal? I paid with credit card and I did'nt even get an order information or anything. It's still in queue. Do they have to send somebody to germany to check my card or what? I never had such problems with a payment before and if I knew I would have bought the product straight from RMP...

Hi Laska, I'm not sure if Content Paradise has support coverage over the holiday weekend. Did you send them an E-Mail asking about the download availability? Clint

Hi Clint, yes, I send it now. It looks like there is nobody during the weekend. I think I will have to wait for my download until tuesday...I wish I bought the product here ... :-(

krazik (their CP person) is a member here and can often help, even on weekends, if the system snags. Why don't you drop him an IM if the transaction hasn't gone through?

Thank you hauksdottir, everything is fine now. Unfortunately there was the holiday weekend, that's what it takes so long!
