Hello, I'll try to keep this simple. When I'm cycling through various poses provided by the pose packs here at renderosity (or anywhere else, for that matter) on occasion, far too often, the model just "dissappears". It doesn't return. I have to close without saving to get it back. If I do save after it has "dissappeared", it saves it in this state of limbo, and as far as I can tell it is completely un-recoverable. Is this something I can fix? Thanks, it's quite annoying. It seems to happen more often when I click a pose while it's in the "render preview" view. Though it does happen in all views.

I had an issue like this a while back. It turned out the camera was getting freaked out. The figure was still there, but the camera was pointed who knows where. Change to a different camera if this happens, and see if you can locate the figure. My suggestion is to try the Face, and the Posing cams, unless you work with the posing cam, in which case sub in the Main cam. If you see the figure, you will need to fix the position of the camera you were on. Hope this helps!

Thanks. I'll give that a shot here, though I think I've tried this already. Given the corrupt nature of the files saved after this occurs, I am not very hopeful. :(

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Nope, none of these solutions work. I've tried all cameras, I've tried the snapping feature, and there is no response. I have a blank white canvas. The ground plane is also gone. Another occurance is when I click on a different camera, the menu does not update to the camera parameters, it remains on the morph dials of the figure.

I've tried switching cameras too and it doesnt help. but maximizing the workspace does. Did you try that?

If by "Maximizing the Workspace" you mean clicking on that box mentioned in the above, graphic, yes.
