I am making some clothes for V3. Now, I need to make them conforming, so I need a rig. I load V3 Blank, kill IK, zero her, and drop to floor. I then memorize the figure, and add to the library. For some reason, when I load the conformer rig, she is unzeroed, and IK is still active. How can I fix this? It is driving me mad, because I can't get anything to conform properly. Strangely, I can get this to work with Posette, Dork, Don, and Judy, but I can't get it to work with V3. Thanks, -The Starkdog

I have made alot of clothing for V3 and i only Zero V3's joints from the V3Blank sr1 cr2, i never drop her to the floor, but mind you it's easier to work from the base OBJ of V3 and not the CR2 anyway. Does the clothing obj fit correctly over the base V3 mesh???? if so you need to correct the clothing CR2 as this will have some errors in there.

Getting old and still making "art" without soiling myself, now that's success.

Don't drop to floor. Make sure the hip and body and at 0,0,0. I just use the stock V3 rig and fix it after applying it to the conformer. One click on "Zero Figure". Most conformers don't have feet so the IK doesn't really matter. Nerd3D

I mostly do as Nerd says, don't forget to memorize the clothing figure after you zero it and take out any hip Y-trans setting other than 0. You should also really remove the IK lines from the CR2, along with unneeded materials, unneeded morphs, unneeded body parts and unneeded channels for removed body parts. The end result will be something like the "stripper" CR2s I offer for Glamorous Jessi.
