I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I made up some poses for V3 and saved them to my pose library. The problem is when I try to apply them they are all messed up...like they are the opposite way round, ones on the floor are up in the air and others are just as if somebody had messed with the body rotate dials....anyone have any idea what could be wrong

Check the hip rotations of the figure.

thou and I, my friend, can, in the most flunkey world, make, each of us, one non-flunkey, one hero, if we like: that will be two heroes to begin with. (Carlyle)

Try setting the body rotations and translations to zero and use the hip rotations and translations to position your character.

Just occurred to me that if you created the poses with IK off, when you load them back, if IK is on, it might toss ya out the window...

A pose file saved from the Poser interface does not include pose data for the BODY actor. Thus if you had made any translations or rotations of the BODY these will not have been saved to your pose file. I suspect this is the cause of your problems. Although it depends on what you are trying to achive, as a general rule of thumb, rotate your character by rotating the hip, not the Body.
