This forum is not a substitute for the gallery.
Why don't you put this post into your gallery and disable comments, rankings, votes and views?

You can't disable votes and views in the main gallery. The only thing that you have to worry about in here is comments and hopefully if I ask people not to comment then they will respect my wishes. It isn't perfect (there's a 200KB image limit in here), but it's the best solution i've found so far, and until I find a better one it will have to do. The only time I could see it being a problem is if I was to carpet-bomb the forum with my images, but every time I upload a new image I will delete the previous one so I will only ever have one image here at any given time. Not really a "comment type comment", Matt, but you might try uploading smaller dimensioned/sized images. They're good art but the amount of compression kinda makes 'em blurry... this site would be boring without you, man - "...call out the instigators, 'cause there's Something in the Air...." :-?)

Personally, I wouldn't call it awesome. It simply doesn't move me or do anything for me. For me, awesome is something that stops my mind.
