I have Photoshop to be able to create this texture. I just need help knowing what size I should create it, and what type of file I should save it as. Hey if you know of any texture or soccer ball that already exists just let me know. Thanks, James aka jhustead

Considering a soccer ball is a relatively low detail prop, I would stop at 1000 x 1000, unless you want to go crazy and add in all the copyright/design/trademark gubbins that's usually printed ih "gnat's cock" typeface somewhere around the stitching.

Nah, just a simple soccer ball. Now I gotta figure out how to get all those stupid octagon shapes without having to paint each one. Any thoughts? Thanks, James

Or are they hexagons and pentagons? That would be my thought. It's just the kind of challenge that Geep would appreciate, but since it took 3 minutes for this thread to load, I doubt he'll be rejoining us yet.
