My hard drive crashed causing me to lose a lot of stuff, I know boo hoo get over it and move on. Well that is where the problem is. Do anyone know how to get in contact with Curious Labs, the hours they are open I'm at work and I tried there email service but haven't heard back. I am trying to get my download of poser 6 reset so I can do it again but no one has replied to my email in almost a week now. At what do I chalk this up to a lost cause and realize I'll never have poser again. Frost

Mailing Address e frontier 5615 Scotts Valley Drive Suite 210 Scotts Valley, CA 95066, USA Fax Number 831.480.2010 To find their phone number, call 1-813-555-1212 and ask the operator for the phone number. I tried a "whois" search, but the registration information is blocked, and only the registrar's contact comes up and nothing for curious labs. Once you do get the download reset, may I suggest burning the files to a CD? I also have the download version. I burned it to CD for safe keeping.

You should always back up all your files, even free downloads because they arent always available forever. Writable CD drives are very cheap nowadays so there is no reason for not backing things up.

Some people aren't in a financial position to buy those types of things. Some people aren't as affluential as others and have to budget their money towards other things such as rent, food etc.

I know that some people dont have a lot of money, I know I don
t, but you can get a cd writer very cheaply nowadays. They are cheaper than some poser figures etc.

Ryan is often here under the user name of krazik, so you might IM him. Katherine would check in under the Curious_Labs user name, but with the corporate name change, that account might not see as much use. Mary was handling a lot of this, too. Try a direct email to to any of them rather than simply sales or tech @curiouslabs.com or @e-frontier.com Carolly
