This is a letter I received from an apparently unsatisfied customer(the first). I'm not sure whether I understand. Any suggestions would be welcome "I had bought your Lingiere set for $25.00. I unzip it and it has Photoshop. I don't have photoshop. I have Painter Classic and Painter 3D that came with Poser 4. I don't even use that, So I don't know how to get the 2000 pixels on my P4 Female map. I try to find it the texture map, and its empty. I don't have any Idea how to to load the items onto my P4 Female. Other models that you buy you just put every thing in it's folder and then your set. I like your outfit very much you did an outstanding job, but if I wanted to do all that work I would study that area of the program and do it myself. I've been a portrait artist and could do it if I had the time, but now I am working on 2 movies and 2 TV comercials, so all I have time to do is animation, I don't have time to study on things that I don't plan on using untill maybe I have time, and these are at least 3 year Projects total. Is there an easyer way of doing this, like can't I just put, say the garder belt into Textures and it will apply itself onto the P4 Female. Everybody else does it that way! I'm not trying to cramp your style, I know every body has there way of doing things, but if I have to dig into the book just to do what you made, I just don't have the time. Making 180 minutes between 2 movies eats up all my time. I don't know if you have gotten into the animation part of Poser, If you have, then you know what I'm talking about. For the most part I'm using Mike and Vicky, and all the maps that suite my movies from other artist. I just ran across your's and thought you did some real nice stuff. I know a lot of people would have no problem with the way you are zipping it. But they are people playing with it, or using the whole system for work, which I would love to have the time to do. I'm just using Poser in one direction. I aim for perfection, and thats very time consuming in Poser. I buy all my Models, Props, and Clothing. Why! because I don't have time to make them myself. Sencerly *****"
