I'm looking for a jewellery box....you know the types that are able to have a ballerina on when you open it... I liked the freebie one from here by cruzan but for the life of me i cant get it to turn around 180deg...it stays permanently with its back to me. Anyone know of anything similar that is a lot easier to pose so I dont land up bald after pulling my hair out lol ? Ty in advance. :O)

Mystified... What stays with its back to you? The box or the ballerina? Anyhow, if all else fails, you could make your own from a couple of Poser cubes and Posette.

Just a thought, have you tried rotating the camera instead of the prop? I seem to remember (but my memory is faulty) someone making the type of music box you are looking for when the Koshini "Music Box Dancer" package was released. The Koshini package includes a music box base with a winding key but not a jewelry box. SAMS3D comes to mind but I didn't see it in their archives.

Have you tried manually setting the yRotate to 180?

If the box is a figure, make sure the body is selected, if it's a prop, just have it selected for this, it should work unless the x,y,z coordinates for the box aren't the same as Poser's when it's loaded.

For the ballerina... load a ball prop, scale it down as needed then parent the ballerina to it. ( turn the ball invisable after parenting).Use the ball to rotate. I had a 3D chair doing what you said, up/down, all around except where I wanted. Used this trick and could turn and fit under a table.

I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.

With the rustiness of the figure, it would have been interesting to see a Dumpster, metal barrel, or other industrial container as her box.
