I'am looking for a 'taxi-car' and 'mercedes-car' modell for poser. Does someone have poser models like those ?

PoserWorld has a Taxi too... that's "Poser ready".

there is the 8 n 1 car at Poserworks not cheep but very good

xantor.. Despona has one - but it's way pricey. They have a good old london bus as well. Too much for my tastes. Anyone seen a free one ?

3D Cafe has a decent-sized vehicle section, you might want to look through there. Most of the models are in .3ds, but you can import those easily enough and just need to scale them down.

The De Espona Mercedes is available in .3ds format at the link. Scroll down to see the models available. A long time ago, Nemo Poserized the DeEspona Merc freebie. I have it, and here's a pic of it in some dodgy place :) The Readme gives nemo@ynnmail.com as the contact address of Nemo, if it still works it may be worth asking if he still has the file. In Nemos' readme for the Poser prop version he states that if the file is redistributed, the readme and all associated files must be kept together. I take it that means redistribution is allowed.
