Marque, I haven't tried buying anything since the site went live, and I haven't heard of a problem like yours. Give me a few minutes and I'll try to buy something and get back to you.

Thank you. The support faq says it will be applied to your purchase but isn't happening. Thanks, Marque

OK, I just successfully bought something, at what stage do you get a blank page?

Djeser ( ) posted Sun, 31 July 2005 at 4:42 PM

Marque, please report issues with the Cornucopia3D store over at the Store Talk forum at Cornucopia3D. Thanks.

Ah, the boss speaks, and quite right too.

Emptied my cart and now won't add them from my wishlist and still says I have $50. Marque

Nice to see that Vue has a dedicated store. Just a couple of annoying points.... I don't recall ever hearing of this store before, so where did you get everyones email addresses from? And please tell your mail bot to stop sending me emails, I don't need repeated reminders. Behave like this you'll end up on a spam blacklist. Which isn't good when starting up. As for the site.. looks good. Prices are OK, but you need more stuff that works with Vue 3 and 4. 2 and 3 are given away on cover discs here in the UK on a regular basis, so maybe some material for those versions ? good luck

If you registered your program that is probably where they got your email. I look at it as a courtesy. Why don't you check to see if you can be removed from the mailing list? Marque

Djeser kindly IM'd and explained all. The mails came from eon. I've not visited eon's site or looked in the vue forum here for ages. So I didn't know about Cornucopia3d. I'm just not a fan of unsolicited mail thats all. Though I do hope the new store works out, a "content paradise" for Vue is a good idea. Vue is a great programme and tends to get overlooked by the likes of Bryce.

I knew about Cornucopia3d and the $50 when I first bought V5I. I've been waiting patiently for both. Then I found an email from Cornucopia3d in my junk mail today and set my email to not block future mailings from them. I look forward to seeing their forums filling up from V5I users everywhere.

Cant log in or register or anything. I used the same info as I did on e-on. I even put my email in and clicked to get my password emailed to me. It gives me my cornucopia password but when I try it it says my id and pass dont match. Totally confused now.

Something I noticed... for some reason, I can't login into the store using the login fields on the main page, but I can get in just fine using the smaller login fields on the left side of the page.

Impressed with what is available at launch (looking forward to much more though of course) and the pricing is awesome thus far! Way to go. One question ... when will things start showing up within Vue Infinite itself? I've tried the load and import object dialogues and don;t see anything referencing the Cornocpia store items or symbols for those items. Is this just not implimented yet? Thanks, Tim

Just another note...if you're having any problems or you have specific questions with how the store works, etc, please come over to Cornucopia3D and post in the Store Talk forum. Thanks!
