Hi I just got Ebots notifying me that 2 products I've purchased have been updated. Seatraveler Poser File Organizer Neither show up on the upadated products page of my purchases, but several items from my last purchase do show there. Since the product update date isn't displayed on the updated product list, how do I tell if it's actually a newer update from my original download or not? Should I just download it again just in case? Seems like a waste of my time and your bandwidth??? How do I tell if the downloads of the 2 newest Updates have been updated on the regular downloads page since they're not on the updated products list? I tried downloading the Seatraveler again to see if it was the update, but although I tried 3 times, the download froze at 2%. I rebooted, since that sometimes helps clear up Renderosity site weirdnesses, but now there's no download link displayed for the item. Please reset the Seatraveler download for me, and I'll try again. Also, please consider adding a date updated column on the updated products purchased page, too. How soon does a product update show up on the update page, btw? Many thanks! Jerry

Hi Jerry, I've reset your download. Please let me know if you continue to have problems. you'll know that you have the updated file when you see UD in the filename right before the softgood id #. Deb

Gosh that was quick response! Got it okay - Thank you! btw - What about products that are updated more than once? Or those like the Zora (I think) or conceited, that are updated shortly after release, and before I purchase them? How can I tell if the update is subsequent to my original purchase, or most recent update downloaded, and the Ebots just went astray? Thanks again. Jerry

Hey Jerry, If you make the purchase after the update, you will be receiving the updated version. One way to tell is by looking at the file name that you download. It will either have "Update", or "UD" in the file name. Deb
