I was reading this thread http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?Form.ShowMessage=757658 and I really liked the pic of Ajax's shiny eyes. I'd like to formally request that some generous soul convert them to Ingenue Vicky (and V3, and every other figure in the world ;) ), or tell me how if the conversion is trivial. If anyone has some (reliable) trick for fitting them to her I'm all eyes...er ears. (:P) Incidentally, I think a few vendors should get together and open a conversion business. You could wait for x number of requests before proceeding. You could eventually package conversion settings by character (everything under the sun for character y) or by object (fits for every character for a given object), or a combination (theme packs - this might be the best idea). You might even be able to get commissions from vendors looking to increase the range of their products. I think it just sucks that there's so much good content out there that isn't being used to anything near its fullest potential. Incompatibility is the BANE of Poser content imo.
