Thank you very much. As I said before, I'm very grateful.

The more I look at that pic, the more I think he looks a bit like Terry Bradshaw L

WarriorDL, Your clothes for Mike look really good, unfortunately I'm having a problem with the pcf files. When I run ObjectMover, I get a 'range error' message. I've used Mover many times before without error. Any suggestions? Thanks, Later...

This is great! Very much appreciated. Melanie

Terry Bradshaw!?!? I knew it must be him because when I changed the lens to 200mm and the camera zoomed in, the head was hollow...

casamerica posted Sun, 25 February 2001 at 3:27 AM

You're right! It does look like Bradshaw! Any chance of a Howie Long? ;-)

Hdrider, mine worked fine with Objaction Mover--I'm on a PC, BTW.

WarriorDL posted Sun, 25 February 2001 at 10:22 AM

Rider, what type comp are you on, PC or Mac? Also, be sure you're using the correct geometry to un-pcf the file. It's not the Mike figure in full, but rather a piece of him that is a seperate obj. If you have modfied that geo in any way, it won't work. It's in the readme.

Hdrider posted Sun, 25 February 2001 at 2:35 PM

WarriorDL, Well, I got it to work on my PC. I had a backup copy of the hip obj file, which is identical to the one I was trying in the first place. Don't know what happened. All I can say is...'It must be magic'. Thanks and Later...

Worked fine on my Mac, except that parts of his body keep poking through...

WarriorDL posted Sun, 25 February 2001 at 2:57 PM

Glad it worked :o) Now folks... I wanna see some pics!!!!!! :o)

WarriorDL posted Sun, 25 February 2001 at 2:59 PM

It's the same with the majority of clothing- Hide the underneath body parts.

Okay, Warrior, here's my first quickie tex for the suittop. I'm going to do 'chino' pants for him and he'll be ready for professorship, sort of 'preppy' type situations. I'm going to do some 'flashier' things, some suit type things with conservative type suit. This is fun--I haven't had time since last summer to do much at all--enjoying just playing with textures. Now--have to get a bit creative with them. Diane

Uh OH, need to go back and work on the pocket flaps.

Looks really good, Diane! Thanks, Warrior, for the outfit!:-) Claire

picnic posted Sun, 25 February 2001 at 10:44 PM

Warrior, just looking at this, I've decided it needs to NOT have the bottom button. Trying to think how I would not do this--I guess I could try to texture the bottom one like jacket. Or--with post work. Is there another way??? Diane

WarriorDL posted Sun, 25 February 2001 at 11:06 PM

Transmap it. The template has the buttons seperated, so you should be able to do that.
