Obviously, it wouldn't say it right out, though I know for a fact that this particular game is still sold (I bought Duel of the Planeswalker for $15 at Electronics Boutique last month), and it is still supported by Microprose (who were bought by Atari Games). I also seem to recall that Underdogs got busted for warezing a little while back, though it may have been another so-called abandon-ware site.

On a side note, it IS a pretty cool game. :)

Oh, and I wasn't making any accusations, just giving ye a heads-up. ;)

if it was warez i dint post it. do you know how to get the deck shuffling working under xp then? does your versionwork 100% under xp and with tcp/ip? I like this game better then the version thats being sold now were you have to buy extra cards.

So far, the game has worked perfectly under XP, though I haven't tried any online play yet. Deck shuffling seems to work automatically, so I'm not sure what you mean. :)
