Hi :-)

Well, I have torn out my own hair over this for weeks.... tried custom settings, default settings, reinstalls......

The problem I am having is very bad artifacts in Raytraced shadows when using any sort of transmapped hair in Poser6

Picture is included as an example.

Render settings are default Poser6 final render settings. Two white lights on left and right rear, both with no shadows, and one infinite light from slightly above and to the left.
Lights have standard default light settings except front light has shadows active at 600% and light is at 70% intensity.

ANY suggestions? Sr1 IS already installed and reinstalls have been tried.

600%??? Did you try unchecking "cast shadows" on the hair prop? Or, just "visible in Ray Trace" on prop parameter box? Might be that easy...hopefully
