With regard to my question in my last message, I've attached an image of the prop. One picture is worth a thousand words, and all that. It's a pub, such as might be found in the'Shambles' in York, England.

I'll drink to that...

Great job! It definately reminds me of Ye Olde English Pub! You gonna post it? Or maybe make some more Olde English type buildings? =)

How did you create the triangular parts in Poser. I create all of my props in poser but have yet to find a way to ,ake a triangle without importing it from somewhere else (like raydream)

Triangles are easy, once the light dawns, pdblake. You just add a cone, then set either the 'x' or 'z' dimension to zero. That gives you a flattened cone, otherwise called a triangle. From then on, it's easy, since adjusting the 'y' and the remaining parameters will give you the shape you want. Not sure if you can make a triangle with unequal sides (non-symmetrical). I haven't tried that.

That's where the problem is, a proper triangle can't be made in poser with the props supplied. A flattened cone is just that, flat. You will run into problems if you need a triangle where the edges aren't hidden, rounded edges etc...

If you set one parameter to zero, the resulting figure is flat, with no rounded edges that I can detect. Setting the 'z' dimension to zero means it has no depth in that dimension, hence no rounded edges.

Sorry, I maybe didn't phrase that right. I mean, what if you need some depth to it?

I see your point. I suppose you'd have to do two triangles, with boxes in between to form timbers, or something.
