@ MoonGoat Nope, you must not be. I consider myself normal. All others are out of step :-) It wiggles when I view, but then again I've been known to fall out of chairs.

Ok vsvry here's the waited for ray thing I'm doing. Looks like dark ray come from center moves like helocopter blades. clockwise and counter clockwise. Or maybe it's just me.
