Yesterday Syyd came up with some ideas of what she would like to see from what is down here. I didn't remember this til today when I was looking threw the hundreds of photos I have taken when we have gone on vacations. This picture was taken last year when we went to south Florida to visit my folks. Its not that great, you can barely see the alligator in the water, but would rather see him in the water than up on land any closer to me....LOL....something about alligators scares me...Maybe their teeth? The power of their jaws? I also have some pink flamigos that I took pictures of if you all are interested..

Yeah keep him in the water please! I did ask for this and got it! Now you have to tell me, is this in your parents backyard?????? I never believed anybody truly who said they had gators in their backyards! They have amazingly powerful jaws, and they are strong enough to take a man down and drown him. I read an article once in Readers Digest magazine of all places, about this woman who was on Safari, actually a tour guide, and she was at a watering hole, standing on the edge. Now this creature leaped out of the water, snatched her, and dragged her under. She survived, but, not without some terrible scarring mentally and physically. I read that they drag their victims down, thrash them to and fro, and drown them. Okay, well, I shall never stand too close to a watering hole. Phew...I asked for it and I got it. Thanks again Leigh LOL... Would love to see your Pink Flamingos, very soft and gentle a contast in comparison to this guy. Syyd
