Sometimes Poser makes me laugh, when I rendered this szene, here is the render with the Poser draft settings, my production settings and the result, an inflatible doll.

OK, I did a lot of morphings as this naughty elf is based on PT Vicki and after unchecking displacement maps, backfacing polys and smooth polys I got a nice result.
To be honest, the mistake was using the bump as displacement map without changing the value for the map strength but, funny what displacement maps can do :)
