Has anyone tried these models? I'm mainly interested in Bob as an alternate to Michael/David. He looks good from the one waist up picture, but I figured I better try a little market research (for once).

Thanks in advance for any input.

Here is a link for bob, they don`t have many preview pictures.

I hesitated to attach the links since I don't want to be accused of advertising in the wrong forum. They're on the Poserworks.com site follow the links to humans-> figures.

Exactly, esther. That is what I want to know as well. I am intrigued by the fact that I am a Poserholic, and yet I have never heard of these two characters before today.

Yes, I wonder about them too. Either they aren't very good, lack third party support for clothes etc, or Poser works has just done a terrible job of marketing (or should I say not marketing) them. Love esther ps - well it seems no one has got them. Okay poserholic - go gettem tiger, and let me know hehehehehehehehe You know you want to. PPS hope it's summer where you live because i have a feeling they are going to be very cold without many clothes.

I would love to go gettem but after Apollo Max, Wardrobe Wizard and Miki I've got no money left .... It's actually winter here, and blowing a gale outside (Melbourne, Au) .... so I guess they are going to feel pretty cold :)

I've just sent a second email to Poserworks requesting more info about Bob. I think I may take the plunge on Friday, provided I get the information and I'm okay with what I see. I know Poserworks has an excellent reputation, so I'm going to assume it's either newness or a lack of publicity. Because surely if they were lacking someone in the poser community would have spread it about.

IIRC "amy" had a disasterous initial release here at rosity. after an "abrasive" ad campaign replete with disparaging remarks about other poser models it was revealed that major part of her Geometry was "borrowed" from the P4 female she was redone and re-released but the bad pubilcity sort of knocked her and her creators off the poser market radar it seems Thsi "Bob" model looks no better than p5 Don or p6 james IMHO.

Yea I believe it was her hands that was "borrowed" the rest was original. However the creators are still going strong with Poserworks other models like the Megallan starship which was on sale at CP for 1.99. unbelievable price. and a host of other poser models

I recall that part of her torso was stolen from posette as well.

No it was just the hands IW43D issued an apology after and fixed the hands and moved on
