Subject: Problem with content paradise :s

I have a problem with the page of content paradise, I am login and get into free stuff and want to stoop a style of hair that is free but I do not see the button of stooping it ... someone who knows this where? (If you know it, put a better and like that image I see it) Thank you.

Please fix the store guys, apparently your support page is not working either. Since you pop in now and then hoping you will see that there is a problem and fix it. Thanks, Marque

How it works- add to cart, move to checkout, and download. The price ($0), is usually the only difference between that and purchasing. Now if I could stop downloading stuff that don't woik in P4..;) Haven't been there lately, but that's how I've done it in the past..

How do you add an item to the cart? Every time I try I get a message that says "please select product options" .

martian_manhunter...that happened to me as well this morning when I used the "add to cart" closer to the bottom of the page, but when I used the "add to cart" up beside the promo image, it worked...maybe it will work for you too :D Karen

I fixed the add to cart button instructing you to select options. Not sure on the cart problem. Maybe try logging out and back in? -Rylan

Just did it again and still doesn't work, never mind, don't need it that bad to put up with the stress. Know I won't be shopping there though until you fix this. Thanks, Marque

It logs me out as soon as I hit continue for the shopping cart and takes me to an empty cart. I am logging in and cookies are on. Marque

Same as I've always used and this has never happened before. Also tried using mozilla, no go. I'm using winXP pro IE and winXP pro firewall which I turned off for this. Don't think it's my system since other folks were also having problems, and I'm not jumping through hoops to download a free item. Thanks for the thought though. And like I said, my buying days are done there until this is fixed. Marque

I'd love to help you get resolution to your problem but you have to help me too. We've processed a lot of orders thru cp today so i suspect the problem is isolated to something between your machine and my servers. If you or anyone else that is experiencing the same problem is willing to help me please IM me. I can't reproduce the problem even when I log in as you. I haven't been able to download the mouse...It just stops working when I click continue...So now I know it's the site and not me...
