It's supposed to give 5% off an order, but it ain't working for me. Is it working for anyone else?

this is the message I got and I didn't have Miki in my cart: You have entered an invalid or incorrect coupon code! This coupon does not apply to the products in your cart, does exist, has been disabled or has expired. If you are unsure about this error, Please contact Support and report the error.

The last time I had to contact support there, I didn't get a response until I called. I think people post in Forums (at least I do) when they've tried to contact support and still haven't gotten a response. Had I not posted in a Forum, I wouldn't have learned how to get their phone #. Because (go figure), it was on e-frontier's site.

Have you activated it? There was something about a link you should click before a given date to activate the coupon... I haven't used mine yet, There's nothing I "need" right now"

Couldn't use the coupon and it told me my card had never been used there, only card I have used there. Not buying until they admit they have changed something and quit saying it's my OS or my browser or the color of my eyes. 8^P Marque

It didn't work for me either at first with four items in the cart, two "real" ones and two freestuff items. After I deleted the free stuff things from the cart the shop accepted the coupon code.

I was just able to use the coupon and check out using IE on Windows platform pc. I sent an e-mail to eFrontier yesterday stating that I had tried all sorts of combinations of the coupon code (which I included in the message) but that I had not noticed anything about having to activate it and that my husband (probably hoping to block my Poser shopping) had deleted the original e-mail. I don't know if they did something on their end to make it work for my account (did not receive any e-mails from them) or they just finally got it fixed.

Anyone actually purchased anything from Content Paradise? I still haven't been able to purchase Poser 6 since Friday. The farthest I got was clicking confirm in the checkout page and getting: Not Found The requested URL /user/error.php was not found on this server. Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.contentparadise.com Port 443 I've tried on a Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro computer and tried both IE and Firefox. I've already sent an e-mail and got a reply asking what I did. I've sent 2 more responses and got nothing else.

Tried to buy ' Gamma Girl ' with the coupon : only got the error message. Contacted support, still had the E-Mail adress from a previous similar problem. No reply. And have you tried to buy anything lately which requires your Poser 6 key ? A nasty surprise could be waiting for you ... when your totally-100%-correct-key is not recognized by the system : their Support knows the problem but doesn't know which keys have been "unvalidated", they are waiting for your call. That makes already 4 key-problems since I have Poser 6 .... jl

In case anyone's still interested, I put my order through, taking out all the freebies and just left commercial products in the cart. Coupon worked then. But then CP wouldn't process my order - some sort of extra security check...I'm still waiting...
