this is a moan i need to get off my chest,i bought a product that had a freebie with it,i expected the merchant to im,when i did not hear anything from the merchant i emailed them, nothing in return,i sent an instant message,i received a reply that the merchant had received my instant message, but nothing else,i went back to the product page and that was when i saw an email address to apply for the freebie.i sent all details needed to the address supplied, still no freebie, because i sent the details on the 2nd september 05,and the deal ended 1st september 05. the merchant has not taken into account that i have been in touch on the previous days, anyway that merchant has lost a buyer,i would stop buying from ro but other merchants have been very nice and helpful, shame for them to suffer. i know you would tell me to read everything very carefully in future, but i am disabled, live my life in pain and take strong painkillers,my mind does not take in everything like it used too,and i am just a miserable human being that makes mistakes, thank you for listening to my moan,i feel a lot happier now.:)
