Subject: marketplace still got a problem

i have bought Ob's forearm crutches 2 weeks ago but still can't download it. i can see in my credit card that it is paid, but my credit card isn't approved in renderosity. Or did i made a mistake? can someone help me? i may buy a lot of things from marketplace if i learn how to download?

If it's not on your purchase page, I suggest you write to store@renderosity.com directly, forums aren't always the best place to ask for support...

Hi poserdrawer, Your a first time buyer. Please send the following information to store@renderosity.com "First time buyers (Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal) 1) Credit or Debit card. As part of our verification process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name.
