Subject: Looking for a tutorial about age Youg to old face

Hi, Dear Sir, I have search out may sites and forums about a tutorial. I have seen that a picture of a man he was about 30 and second part of this picture its looks as 60 years old and also some bald and some white hair... i have search out but could not find any plugin for photoshop and nither i found any tutorial about it.. Can someone help me... Please Thanks
