Hi, I've got a problem and it's probably something silly that i"m doing. I got puppet master, installed the registration key, opened it with a V3 and a Miki in the scene. Posed Miki in her motorbike rider pose and tried to apply pose to V3, but as soon as I have Miki selected and click on set source figure, the Miki looses her pose and stands in a kind of default position. Love esther
I aim to update it about once a month. Oh, and it's free!

Same is happening here (Mac user), I copied the pose to a pose dot (or simply Cmd-c) before using the PM scripts. Then, before transfering the pose, just paste the pose (or click the pose dot) to the source model. I think PM needs the default zero pose to analyse the models. If you are transferring animations with lots of frames, it goes to default only on the first frame.

Yep that's the way it works :)
Have a look at the flash video overview, you'll see the source and target figures get zero'ed as they are set. You then pose and copy.
