Hey all, Just thought I would post a WIP of my image for the cg talk's Spectacular 3d contest. My image is set in the middle ages with a couple of monks looking at either a supernatural or alien ship for the first time. I am hoping the landscape or view has that Spectacular feel to it , the landscape will be a fairly large part of my image. I have attached an image which shows the scene so far, I have to add trees to the gorge and landscape as well as villages on the terrains. The foreground is going to have a monestary with a couple of monks looking at the space ship or event. I was going to have one of the monks dropping a bible as though this event is going to make him loose his faith were the other monk will be hanging on tightly to his bible. Let me know if you have any comments which will make the image better in your opinion. I am also going to post an image of the Castle model up close in the carrara gallery and below is the link to my thread at cg talk if you want to take a look.
