I recieved email that I could download my stuff but there's nothing in the download box

As part of our verification process, we ask that you send us the toll free phone number or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name. When we have this information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. All future Credit and/or Debit card purchases will be available for immediate download. I did enter the security number from the back of my card. how do I go about resubmitting it.

You need to email it to store@renderosity.com for verification purposes. This is on first time buyers only. Thanks! Deb

I checked the paypal box,,,, it still says waiting on payment.... is there is glich somewhere? I sent the money to you guys.. but no download button.... Karen
