Carnegie Hall, NYC, where Clinton almost rented. $800.000.00 plus a year. Nice, but...

You have the verticals pretty straight on this and the perspective is very good. I wish NYC was this calm and quite when I last visited.

Actually, I have Photoshop to thank for that. Taken quickly, between cars, kids with skates, hawkers, etc.

Fantastic. I feel like I am gaining knowledge about NY now. Now one question, what is a hawker? I hope I don't feel stupid once this question is answered..LOL Leigh

Thanks.- A hawker is a guy peddling stuff: watches, usually fake Cartiers or Rolexes, fake gold jewelry, etc.

Although here in the UK we have our fair share of fine buildings, but each time I visit the States I can't help but admire much of the fine brownstone architecture. Boston has many examples of classic buildings that give the impression that they will still be standing at the NEXT Millennium. Naturally I lovely this lovely picture which captures all my memories.
