Subject: A Little OT...How Do I Zip files to share with others?!?

I just made some poses for P5 that I would like to share...can someone tell me or point me to a tut on how to zip them?!? I mean...so that when you unzip them they will go to the correct location?!? TIA! Nancy

What I do is prepare a set of folders within My Documents that match the Poser folder layout. I then copy the files that make up the prop, or figure into them. I then right click the Runtime folder to bring up the menu shown here. Selecting "Add to Runtime.zip" creates the archive with all the folder info in place. The zip file in this instance is placed in "000 Poser file prep". I then change the zip file name to suit.

yes..thank you..get good habits to start with, and more people will like using your stuff..also, don't name folders beginning with !, and you'll be doing fine..;)

well...after reading post after post about naming files with the !.....Glad to say I didnt! LOL What I did discover after spending all day on some poses and making the thmbs for them, I found that I saved them with some of my character morphs...LOL so I went back and redid the poses and saving them right this time...::I hope:: I tell ya,I have more respect now for the "Pose Artists" than I ever did before!!! Thanks for the help and for the advice too! ~Nancy~
