Here's my latest creating, I call it a "Bullet Bus". Just because... Rear view - took forever to render because of the Jet Exhaust (by OriginalMoron) I think.

Really cool fran. Looks great. I love the renders also. Great work

Gahhhh that's cooler than anything I've ever been able to churn out of wings! The texturing work you've done is outstanding.

That is the bus to cool street Fran...

FranOnTheEdge posted Sat, 08 October 2005 at 3:00 PM

Um, I don't think I can take any credit for the textures guys. I 'borrowed' at least one from Orbital. Took it off his tower and balloon - I think it was Orbital's. That's what's on the legs and nose etc. One is "Rivetmetal' - er, the one with the rivets! And the purple bit is just me playing with Rivetmetal, the bronze on the rear engine is 'GoldenOrb' by Jessica Riggs. But thanks. I was kinda happy with it.

Cool-looking craft Fran! @Pakled-maybe it's a hollow-point Bullet Bus. ;-)

FranOnTheEdge posted Sun, 09 October 2005 at 7:23 AM

pakled, yeah, I may do a more elegantly nosed version. I also may do something a bit less blocky with the cockpit windows... If I can. danamo, Lol! Yeah could be! UVDan, Sheesh!, you want everything you do! Um, there are a couple of windows in the access doors lower down on the body... see pic^^^ Maybe they are for tourist class? I'll think about First Class windows. ysvry, LOL! Mahray, Thanks.

This is some pretty cool stuff Fran. 8)

Thanks. Personally I think it's amazing that I could manage something that looks complex, like this does, and yet have so much trouble with something that looks so simple, like the Omani Bus Shelter! It just shows that even when you can do some things, there's still lots you just don't know.
