I remapped the V2 morphing thigh boots and the right boot is and stays invisible. The left boot is fine. I tried restarting P4, remapping, deleting the rsr file. Nothing! Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

What application did you use to remap them? Also you might try opening the originals in Poser then exporting them(one at a time) as Wavefront.obj. If you used UVMapper you can then load them into it and create a new remapped model and save the template to create any textures(regular and transmaps)you want. Just a thought as I'm still very much a biginner at doing remapping myself.

I had the same experience when I used a program called "STOMP". I can't remember what it does, but it was supposed to be something useful. However, when I ran the items through it, for all sense and purposes they were in the scene, but you couldn't see them in the pose window, or when they were rendered... However, you could "see" them in dial parameters and manipulate them... even though you couldn't see them at all. Did you by chance use that program?

sounds like there's a problem with the .obj file. maybe the remapped .cr2 isn't properly referencing the geometry?

Check the group names in the OBJ file. You may find that each has been prefaced with "Figure_1" or similar.

I used free "UVMapper". It's referencing the original with a slight name change (in order to save the original). I save them as cr2 files. Rename. Reference new obj file (both places in the cr2 file). Do you mean group names in the cr2 file? Everything looks good.

I deleted everything and started over, starting with the right boot this time. It worked ! I then did the left boot and it worked... but now, the right boot only shows the foot part of the boot !!

I went back to the obj folder and found a copy of the cr2 file in there. Deleted it and everything is good. Don't know what how it got there, but it's working...for now! Thanks everybody.
