I have recently made my first purchase (Batlab's "robat cyber") and have not recieved a functioning download option. I have read the "send us code" message, and have done so. I understand that this is "for my protection," but I was dismayed when I found that my card has been already charged for my purchase. Since I have already been charged, I am requesting an expedious solution to this problem. Thank you.
