Has anybody made a working rubix cube on a PC before? If so, can you tell me how you did it, and what system you used?

Various people have described the math. Making a fake one would be easy (a cube with lots of different texture maps for the edges); modeling one which moved only in the paths allowed by the real model would require an understanding of the math behind it. The addictive challenge of the Rubik's Cube is a procedural one. Anybody can lift the colored decals and move them into place, but that isn't fun. Carolly

I "googled" it and found one that had a script, but I can't find it again. :[ What system do you think would work best for creating one that U can interact with?
