Never had this problem in P5, but in P6 when I create a figure in the setup room and then either save it and reload or apply a library pose file, the new hip geometry is replaced by nude figure geometry. How can I keep that from happening?!?!

If you use a standard male figure from poser to get the bones for the setup room (p4 male or don etc), the geometry switching part of the cr2 is copied also, it is probably possible to remove the geomerty switching part but I don`t know how to do that.

It only seems to happen with Don. I tried the freebie M3 setup and it worked fine, no geometry switching. Would like to know what causes it and how to fix it, especially since it didn't happen in P5. I hate workarounds.

A workaround for this is to switch on genitalia in the menu, that should fix the problem. It probably does happen in poser 5, it happens in propack and poser 4 too, it is caused by the geometry switching part of certain male figures, it doesnt happen with michael 3 because m3 doesnt use geometry switching he has a completely seperate appendage.

Here's the part of the cr2 you are looking for. It's under the actor hip actor hip:7 { name GetStringRes(1024,6) on bend 1 dynamicsLock 1 hidden 0 addToMenu 1 castsShadow 1 includeInDepthCue 1 parent BODY:7 alternateGeom hip_1 { name Genitals Off objFile 20 :Runtime:Geometries:P5NudeMan:blHipNoGen.obj } channels If you remove these alternateGeom lines and resave the cr2 it won't happen.
