Hi all, could someone tell me: what could be the problem when one person gets an "exception error" when trying to install a conforming clothing item, yet no one else has that problem? person A has reinstalled the item, then downloaded another copy of it, and re-reinstalled it again. still gets the error. but no one else does, and quite a few ppl have used the item. could it be a problem with person A's computer, as opposed the the item? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! cheers :)
