I ASK FOR A REFUND A WHILE BACK BUT NEVER GET AN ANSWER BACK FROM THE STORE SO I BELIEVE NOBODY IS IN CHARGE OF THE STORE. THE CUSTOMER IS AT LOST HERE. IT IS VERY DIFFERENT THAN DAZ3D AND BBAY AND MANY OTHER STORES WHERE YOU CAN GET AN ANSWER BACK AND REFUND WHEN NECESSARY.
