Just wondering if anyone has any news at all on new REALISTIC female figures for Poser 5 or 6? There was talk for some time now about at least 2 female figure projects that were supposed to be in the works, but the topics rarely get updated. So, I was wondering what ever happened to them and if anyone knows for sure what's going on? It would seem like if someone was working hard on a new figure they would be posting here on a regular basis with updates promoting their work and gathering support. Thanks for letting me know, I'm getting bored working with V3 since the market has been so stagnent for years now. I want more realistic figures to work with and better models, so hopefully someone will come through. Here is one example of a figure that was supposed to be coming out:

Jeff

Development on: Mac Pro 2008, Duel-Boot OS - Snow Leopard 10.6.6 & Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, 2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon , 10GB 800 MHz DDR2 RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT.

Spanki has a thread in the Developers forum, but it's been over three weeks since his last comment.

She's incredibly realistic. I like especially her hip/thigh and hip/chest bending zones (or whatever it's called properly :D).

It's a good render, but the right leg bending at the hip is not what you'd see in a human female, nor is the right knee bending correct. But I agree, it's several orders of magnitude better than Vickie, which has awful mid-90s bending properties IMO.

She looks good except for the fact her right hip looks dislocated. Marque

Looks great. Hope we get a realistic female character like this one day...

Just for Ha-Ha's, I had to try that pose (more or less) on old whats-her-name. ;-)
