I was using P4 before and I was able to render in " Current Display Settings". However this option is nowhere to be found in P6! Also, in P4, I was able to change the color of the wireframe lines...can I do that in P6 too? What i'm trying to do is to set whatever color I want to my model, that is, the color of the plain body (no texture) and the color of the wireframe and render it. Please help me to do that. It was SO simple with P4! Thanks.

You can set the colour of the wireframe by changing the foreground colour. To render the wireframe go to AnimationMake Movie and set:-

Finally click the Make Movie button to effectively render out a single frame animation showing your preview window.

Thanks, I just did that but...when I change the foreground colour, only the grid on the floor changes colour. The black lines surrounding my model remains black. Also, note that my model is displayed as 'smooth lined', under my figure display style. How do I change the model's colour? I want the wireframe lines and the body to have different colours. I don't want to have any textures applied. Thanks for helping.

To do it with "smooth lined", you have to change the material colors.

I attempted the above directions to render a wireframe model and all I am getting is a model (no wireframe) in a png format. Is there something else I can check? Thanks,

You can use also an UV map as texture.
