Big plane and small planes which showed in the picture. They are connected with each other, after they became plane respectively in the Rhino. After builing Wind Power System,as a result of operation, the small plane will be blown and broken up.Could you tell me which method can make the big plane and the small smalls not to be blown and broken up under the Wind Power System.

To get the effect you want, the mesh must a single object. That means that the "small planes" MUST share vertices with the "big plane". If the small planes already line up exactly with vertices in the big plane, then you might try "weld identical vertices" when importing... Cheers, Diolma

Thanks. How to weld identical vertices in the Rhino?

I don't know Rhino, but in Amapi the best way to build this flag is to start with a Grid and cut out the spaces ... not to weld separate rectangles. Attached is an OBJ that may work for you. (Rename MESSAGE*****.TXT to FLAG.OBJ)

Actually, you can do as ockham suggested directly in Poser, by using the grouping tool on the cloth square (See Dr. Geeps tutorials for examples..) I, too, would have started out by using bigger square and cutting out the unwanted bits (it's just the way my mind works..) It'd probably be quicker and easier to start again using that approach..:-)) Cheers, Diolma
