Hey all, hope you had a nice halloween (Samhain). Does anyone know if anybody has made a model of the Seaview from Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea and if so, where can I get it? By the way the first season is coming out on DVD in Feb. Thanks, Ken (Herne)

I've stumbled across one or two sites that displayed a digital model, but the creators were not offering them for general download. Which version do you like better, the "motion picture" edition with 8 windows and the split level observation lounge, or the "season 2" style with 2/4 windows (depending upon how you classify the girders) and the flying sub bay? Funny, one can find multiple Jupiter 2s and B9 robots, but the craft (Seaview, Spindrift, etc.) from Irwin allen's other projects are next to nonexistant in polygonal form. Sincerely, Bill

I had a plastic one. It could be done, it's just some complex curves near the front. Check the Wings 3d, Lightwave, Maya, 3ds Max, Modeling, and other modeling prorgrams forums, which might be your best bet. I tried doing the 'shuttlecraft' once, but wasn't all that close (actually, it got recycled as the Land of the Giants spacecraft..;)
