Wow that's pretty scary when you think about it...The poor guy spent 24 hours in jail AND they splashed his pic all over the media!!!Then they say,"Oooops,sorry!" I'm just shaking my head here wondering how this could have happened as well.

I feel like it happens a lot more now though, I have friends in my local photography club that have had foul comments spat at them because they were working in the riverside park taking photos, just because there happened to be kids there too! Its a bit scary to think of the things you could be accused of.

Reminiscent of what happened to me,but with no jail. I could make this a two page gripe, but will try not going there again.

As one of the (few) commentors in that thread who spoke out against his arrest and that stupid (new) law, I can only hope he has an opportunity to file a civil lawsuit and receive damages.
