Hello!! I've seen a lot of beautiful images from Apophysis on white or light backgrounds that are very clear. I've tried several, but they aren't sharp, bright or clear and get lost in all that white (or lighter version of another color). Do you have any suggestions? I did download a trial version of PSP, but on some of the flames, I don't like the outcome.

Thank you,
Lisa :)

The trick with any color background is to find a gradient that offers enough of a contrast to that background color for the flame to look somewhat solid. Then there's the rendering process to consider... using a lower filter radius (like 0.2) and a higher quality setting (1000 or above) can help to reduce the "dust" effect also. I hope this helps. T.
