Blue is smooth... calming yet exciting, interesting and bright.
It also causes the braincells to sparkle.
Um... need more? Only... it's gotta be the right sort of blue - navy blue need not apply!

Blue... Well, yes, what Fran said (that's probably the "sapphire" blue..) But blue can also be gloomy ("The Blues")... It can be the colour of shadows on snow under a Blue sky, (also shadows on clouds, especially if seen from an aircraft).. Blue Lagoon; Blue Danube...(both mainly due to sky reflections)... I'm beginning to see a trend here... :-)) OTOH, There's also "Mr Blue Bird" and the irridescence that comes from a bird's wing, or from an oil slick, or from a prism or a rainbow... Hope that helps:-)) (If I continue typing I'll run into R'osity's "15-minute" limit and get the post bounced - which would make me feel blue...) Cheers, Diolma

Neon Blue!
Blue Moon.......
A blue haze on the horizon.
A blue so clear, water so deep, it goes down to forever. I've even got a blue cable and blue flashing lights on my external hard drive!

Blue is the color of my true love's skin as she rots in the moonlight.
