Subject: CAN CARRARA PAINT LIKE RD5???

I remember in RD5 u could paint on shaders with a brush. Does Carrara have this option? (I can't find it) I ask because Im trying to paint blood stains on Mr Ted, like tears running off his belly...only blood. PLEASE HELP! ...FATfoe out

Nice texture ! Unfortunately, Carrara doesn't have the paint feature . You might wanna use some dedicated softwares for making your blood . I'd suggest Deep Paint 3D : there is a time limited demo if you can't afford it ( it is very expensive, IMO ). Painter 3D does that, too . litst

Poor Ted! I have no solution for you, as I still work in RDS, but just wanted to compliment you on the model. And I really like the sewn on foot patches; very cool. Looking forward to seeing this finished. - Chip
