Hi , I being an intermediate useer of Bryce 5 had been trying to make clouds and sculpt them as shown in the pic , so that the sunlight falls as beams of light on the sea. Also how to position the Sun above the sculpted clouds ???Can someone please help me ???? Earnestly waiting for your reply . .................

Easy way to position the sun (and moon) wherever you want in a scene is to Ctrl + Alt + Double Click on the Sun Position circle (sky pallete) (1). Then Ctrl + Alt + Click anywhere in your scene to place the sun at that point (2). To place the moon somewhere, Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Click (blue asterix).

If I didn't misunderstand you question, sculpting clouds can be done by creating bumpy lattices and positioning them high above everything. Take care to check solid in Terrain Editor for the lattices. And then just apply one of the cloud materials. Volumetric materials take a long time to render.
